Our priority in production process is to make timely loading by performing quality production of trendy products. At this stage, we work carefully and with great endeavor to achieve customer satisfaction.
By planning, we determine the amount of fabric accessory and packaging materials required for a certain order.
The relevant managers get together and determine the deadline by going backwards from the delivery time of the order. They also determine where the works outside the factory should be carried out.
If possible, the required fabric, accessory and packaging materials are covered from the stock. If not possible, fabric is weaved from thread or bought from the market as raw or produced fabric as well as accessory and packaging materials.
If the fabric passes the quality control actions, it is molded in the molding room according to the customer's size.
Ironing test is carried out. Cutting is performed in molds sent to the molding room. For the monitoring of goods after this stage, quantity monitoring form is completed and individual labelling of cut pieces is carried out. Pieces from cutting stage are sent to classifying section.
First of all, measurement, symmetry, color, puncture, spot etc. checks are carried out on the cut pieces. The pieces ready for sewing coming from the cutting room are sent to the approved contract sewing plants along with the bill of lading
Pieces coming from the contract sewing plants are subject to 100% preliminary quality control.
Non-defective goods that passed the required controls are made ready for loading after Final Ironing / Packaging action.
After the products are packed, the control assurance technicians of the customer open some packages to make the final checks, and then a checklist is prepared if the products are approved. Packages are labeled and loaded by the contract transportation company for delivery to the customer.
