OUR SERVICES

Yarn

The First Link in Quality
All yarns are tested for physical and chemical quality in our in-house labs, ensuring durability and performance. Akateks Yarn continuously works to lower costs while enhancing product quality.

Knitting

Precision Production, Powered by Expertise
Located in Yenibosna, Akateks Knitting produces up to 15 tons daily in its 2,500 m² facility with 35 fully computerized machines. We offer both raw and finished fabric varieties.

Printing

Efficiency in Every Detail
Rotary printing allows for continuous, high-speed production up to 110 m/min with standard repeat sizes between 640–1018 mm. Our advanced technology ensures precision, speed, and vivid results.

Fabric

Crafting Identity Through Texture
Our creative design team develops fabric tailored to fashion and industry needs. We offer a wide range of materials with unique aesthetics and technical functionalities.

Dyeing

Sustainable Color at Scale
Established in 1994, our Çorlu dyehouse covers 25,000 m² and processes up to 45 tons per day. We offer dyeing and finishing for cotton, polyester, blends, towel, velvet, fleece, and more.

We are certified by OEKO-TEX 100 and equipped with a 2,000 m³ biological treatment facility. Our dyeing facility applies total quality principles at every stage, including chemical automation and testing.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Planning

We identify fabric, accessory, and packaging needs and determine deadlines based on the order timeline. External operations are planned as needed.

Procurement

Materials are sourced from stock or through suppliers. If unavailable, we arrange weaving or fabric procurement and source packaging and accessories.

Production

Fabric is quality-checked and patterns are prepared. Cutting is performed based on approved patterns. All pieces are individually tracked and inspected for defects.

Assembly & QC

Cut parts are delivered to approved subcontractors. All incoming garments undergo 100% quality control. Products that pass are ironed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Loading & Delivery

Products are inspected by client QA staff. Once approved, shipping lists are created and products are labeled and shipped via contracted logistics partners.
